Butterscotch Bubble Rolls

I love homemade cinnamon rolls, but when I need to make them fast, I make butterscotch bubble rolls instead.  Think ooey, goey, yummy!  We enjoy these sweet rolls every Christmas morning and a lot of mornings in between.  I also serve them with my muscle man's chili.  My mom always made cinnamon rolls with chili, and so did my school cafeteria growing up: sweet and spicy together is the perfect combo!

Butterscotch Bubble Rolls

Drop 18-22 frozen rolls in a bundt pan.
(I keep Rhodes rolls in my freezer ready to go!)

Dump the dry ingredients on top:
box of butterscotch pudding
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Pour 3/4 cup melted butter on top:

Let rise overnight (or for eight hours).

Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

And leftovers the next morning with a steaming cup of coffee is awesome!
