Lemonade Ice Cream Pie
1 quart vanilla ice cream
1 large can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 large container whipped topping
2 graham cracker pie crusts
1 large container whipped topping (optional)
lemons to decorate pie (optional: I rarely remember to do this)
Set vanilla ice cream out to soften about an hour before you begin.
Blend ice cream, frozen lemonade, and whipped topping.
Spread into two pie crusts.
Cover and freeze for four to six hours.
Top with a container of whipped topping before serving, if desired.
(our family likes to just add a spoon of whipped topping to each slice)
Garnish with lemons if desired. Enjoy!
