Menu Plan Monday, Week of September 18

I've always been a meal planner, but having four active kids has made it essential for survival.  We gotta eat, and preferably something healthy and yummy!  Meal planning helps us stay on budget, and have more fun and less stress...allows us to thrive, instead of just survive!

This is week three of Menu Plan Monday, and we're going strong!  Every Monday I link up with orgjunkie.com to get great menu ideas.





Menu Plan, Week of September 18
Breakfasts:
egg & potato casserole

homemade granola cereal
homemade granola bars
fiber bars and fruit
waffles & fruit

bacon & eggs

Lunches:
leftovers from supper
turkey sandwiches
Pb & j
mac & cheese
more leftovers

Suppers:
Muscle Man chili with butterscotch bubble rolls
Mediterranean roast chicken, salad, rolls
Muscle Man meatballs, green beans
Chili Nachos
Mexican pot roast, salad
Leftover buffet
Grill night
