Santa Fe Soup

My mom has made this soup for years, and it is my favorite:  Santa Fe Soup.  A little sweet, a little spicy...perfect crockpot recipe for a chilly day.  Thanks mom - you rock, and your soup rocks!

Santa Fe Soup
2 pounds browned hamburger
1 can corn
1 can Rotel, mild or regular
1 can pinto beans
1 large can diced tomatoes
1 large box Velveeta cheese

Brown and drain hamburger, then dump in crockpot.  Cut Velveeta into small pieces, then dump in crockpot.  Dump everything else in (considering changing the name to Dump Soup - love this easy recipe).  I like to let this soup simmer on low for 3-4 hours in the crockpot.  We eat ours with nacho chips.  Yum!
