Menu Plan Monday, Week of October 2

I've always been a meal planner, but having four active kids has made it essential for survival.  We gotta eat, and preferably something healthy and yummy!  Meal planning helps us stay on budget, and have more fun and less stress...allows us to thrive, instead of just survive!

Menu Plan, Week of October 2
Breakfasts:
waffles, fruit
homemade granola cereal
butterscotch pumpkin bread
pineapple zucchini bread
cereal, fruit
cheesy scrambled eggs w/bacon

Lunches:
leftovers from supper
pigs in a blanket
Pb & j
mac & cheese
more leftovers

Suppers:
Grilled Chicken, mushrooms,cucumbers with ranch, corn on the cob
BBQ sliders,corn on the cob
Mediterranean Roast Chicken, salad, lemonade ice cream pie
Philly Steak Sandwiches, carrots with ranch
Leftover buffet, haystack cookies
