Happy New Year cards

I'm always on the lookout for ways to slow the pace down in December.  Anyone else with me on this one?

There is just so much going on - all good stuff - but it makes my head spin.  I want time to enjoy the holidays with family and friends, and not be preoccupied with a to-do list.

So I decided to send So Thankful cards at Thanksgiving.  Didn't happen.

Next idea:  e-cards.  A few friends do this, and they are super cute.  Also didn't happen.

Next revelation:  Happy New Year cards.  Went with this one.  My cards are sitting here ready to be addressed, which I'll do on an upcoming road trip.

I made our cards at Heritage Makers, my favorite online photo gift company.  I have a bias, I'm a consultant, but their products are top notch quality.  And, they have templates for me to use if I don't feel like creating anything.  These cards took me all of three minutes to make.  Freed up some extra time for holiday fun!
